Middle School Muscle

My main goals with this program is to teach young athletes proper techniques and mechanics within strength training, running, agility drills that they will be able to carry with them throughout their athletic career. Learning proper techniques at younger ages will help keep athletes safer and reduce injury chances and keep them on the field or court as much as possible. It also gives athletes chances to make improvements quicker than athletes who have not had this extra coaching and guidance. Another great thing about this program is that it will give athletes a chance to compete and push each other which is the best way to improve and also have fun doing it!
