The Midwest Athletic Club Group Exercise program offers a wide variety of classes which include formats for the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran.

We offer classes that will get you started on the basics of step, a format for those who enjoy athletic movements, Cycling classes for all fitness levels,  and Kickboxing classes for a great interval workout.The group exercise instructors at the M.A.C. are certified by nationally recognized organizations.

We also offer Mind/Body classes of Yoga, Pilates, MVeChair, Tai Chi and Piyo.  These are paid programs and run in 8 week sessions.  See more information under MAC News for the latest schedule and sign-up times.

FIT & HEALTHY, our community outreach program, has now started.  Non-members can register for classes.  Please go to 'MAC News' for more information.

Back to Basic Pilates
Class Schedule
Returning to the basics and still gaining all the benefits Pilates has to offer. All levels.
Body Sculpt
Class Schedule
All major muscle groups are worked as an instructor leads the class and helps you develop correct form while incorporating movements from traditional weight training, funtional training, and core stability. All levels.
Boot Camp
Class Schedule
This class will challenge your endurance and stamina taking you through drills and some obstacle courses. A heart pumping way to build strength for the heart and the body.
BOSU Blast
Class Schedule
Blast away those calories by using the BOSU balance trainer. A great mix of balance, cardio, and strength training is sure to give you a well balanced workout. Exercises done on the BOSU may also be modified on the floor. We encourage participants to work at their own pace.
Cardio Sculpt
Class Schedule
Combine the foundation of strength training and core stability with interval and circuit training to improve cardio and strength. Class format may vary from week to week, but will always provide a balance of aerobic and anaerobic workout. All levels.
Cycle and Sculpt
Class Schedule
An exhilarating ride followed by strength training. This is a total cardio, upper and lower body workout. All levels.
Cycle Xpress
Class Schedule
Xpress classes are 40 minute lunch hour classes to give you that mid-day energy boost. All levels.
Cycling
Class Schedule
A group workout on stationary bikes with a motivating instructor. All terrain rides with flats, hills, and sprints. We encourage participants to work at their own pace. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a water bottle to class. Participants should call to reserve a bike and arrive 5 minutes early to adjust bike. Please call and cancel if you are unable to keep your reservation.
Fluid Motion
Class Schedule
A well rounded workout for all ages and a great way to getting started and maintaining your fitness goals. Also a wonderful way to stay fit during pregnancy. All levels
Forever Fit
Class Schedule
Friendship will blossom in this well rounded workout for all ages. Formats may vary from week to week. A great class for mature adults, if your new to exercise, or pregnant.
Fusion
Class Schedule
Traditional strength training fused with some elements of Yoga and Pilates for a strong and fit body. All levels.
H2O Variety
Class Schedule
Great for any level, a water class is a refreshing way to add variety to your workout. Taking it to the water will get your heart going and work your muscles in a different way without the impact. A great way to stay fit during pregnancy.
HardCORE
Class Schedule
This class is a wonderful core training experience that will strengthen and tone your core. All levels.
Knockout
Class Schedule
Punch and kick your way into fitness. Knockout those calories by incorporating traditional boxing moves into combinations and drills. Sparring will get the heart rate up as you work the entire body. Hand wraps must be worn if gloving up or sparring. All levels.
Saturday Blowout (Xtended) 1st Sat of Month
Class Schedule
Motivating you through a great cardio mix of Knockout, intervals and strength training. Saturday Blowout: Xtended is on the first Saturday of every month with two instructors for 90 minutes of heart pumping fun. All levels
Saturday Special
Class Schedule
Two instructors will motivate you through 45 minutes of fun and creative Step choreography followed by 45 minutes of strength training. A very fun and complete workout to get you through the weekend. Intermediate/Advance
Sculpt Xpress
Class Schedule
Xpress classes are 40 minute lunch hour classes to give you that mid-day energy boost. All levels.
Step
Class Schedule
The ever popular Step has always been a fun way to staying fit by stepping to fun and creative choreography.
Step Interval
Class Schedule
By adding variety to a classic Step class with intervals of strength training and drills is a great way to start the day. All levels.
Step Xpress
Class Schedule
Xpress classes are 40 minute lunch hour classes to give you that mid-day energy boost. All levels.
Step/Body Sculpt
Class Schedule
Group personal training at it's best! This class focuses on strength, stability, and flexibility of all major muscle groups combined with the ever-popular step is a fun way to workout. Level options are shown so beginner and advanced steppers have an awesome workout.
Xpress Formats
Class Schedule
Short on time? You can get Fit & Healthy with Cycle Xpress, Sculpt Xpress, and Step Xpress in just 40 minutes. All levels
Xtreme Variety
Class Schedule
This class will keep your muscles guessing with formats varying week to week. This is a great cross-training class for improved fitness level. All levels.
