As a team, we work together to offer you the best of knowledge, collaboration, and innovation in our Group Fitness program.   We are well equipped to offer you modifications or options as needed.  After all, it is your workout!  MAC instructors continually learn & expand their education and we love to share our passion for fitness with you!


It’s FREE!!!!

That’s correct.  Group Fitness classes at The MAC are FREE & included with your membership!  All you have to do is simply show up for class.  Unlimited Mind & Body classes can be added to your membership for $35 per eight week session.
