1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
With one-on-one Personal Training you will receive personal guidance, support and motivation based on your fitness goals, physical limitations, medical history and exercise preferences.
Beyond creating an exercise program, our trainers will also assist with setting realistic and achievable goals, track and monitor progress to adjust workout plans as necessary to maximize results. They will also educate you on the principles of fitness, including guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to complement the exercise program, as diet plays a crucial role in achieving fitness goals.
We have trainers who specialize in specific areas, such as weight loss, sports performance, youth agility, fitness competitions, rehabilitation, and working with specific populations like seniors or pregnant women.
We offer 50 minute and 30 minute one-on-one personal training sessions, and 50 minute partner training sessions.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING - SGT
SGT combines the benefits of personal training with the dynamic and motivational atmosphere of a small group setting.
Our trainers provide customized exercise programs for teams of 3-12 participants. The environment fosters a sense of camaraderie and motivation among participants while engaging in a variety of exercises and activities that can include cardiovascular training, strength training, functional movements, flexibility exercises, and core workouts.
Group dynamics often inspire participants to push their limits and stay committed to their fitness goals! Whether it's weight loss, strength building, endurance improvement or overall fitness enhancement, these workouts are tailored to each person's unique fitness goals and abilities. Another benefit of SGT includes cost-effectiveness, as the cost is divided among the participants.
Expect to work hard for 60 minutes and continue to burn calories hours after your workout is complete!
YOUTH FITNESS
Whether your child is a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, our Youth Fitness Program is designed to meet them where they are and help them reach their full potential. These sessions are carefully crafted for children and teenagers to promote physical activity, healthy habits, and overall well-being among young individuals. We believe that fitness should be enjoyable and fun so we use interactive games, team challenges, and engaging workouts to keep participants motivated and excited about physical activity.

- Fitness Education: including nutrition guidance, proper form, injury prevention, and the importance of an active lifestyle.

We offer 50 minute and 30 minute one-on-one youth fitness sessions, and 60 minute small group training sessions
*Members joining between the ages of 10 - 15 are required to purchase the Youth Fit Intro Package - 3 sessions for $100 + tax.
