Strength & Conditioning Coach Tim Lewis from the CR Community School District will be programming:
Pull/push movements through the hip & knee joints
Upper body & core strengthening
Speed, agility & explosive movements
Recovery movements for injury prevention
4 sessions (1x/wk): $100
8 sessions (2x/wk): $160
12 sessions (3x/wk): $240
