Hello! I'm Donnie and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to empower individuals and show them that their current physical circumstances do not have to be their future. In 2021 I was 300 pounds. In the course of 6 months I had lost 80 pounds in order to join the USMC. Since then, I have lost a total of 100 pounds and it changed my life forever. My goal is to be a resource to those struggling to live their best physical life. I'm passionate on helping my clients reach their full potential and achieve whatever goals they set their sights on.

My name is Nick and I am a Trainer at The M.A.C. I grew up on a small farm in Eastern Iowa. After High School I attended Iowa State University in Ames and received my degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. I have always been passionate about health and exercise. During college I realized that I wanted to help others.

I try my best to make training enjoyable for my clients while also pushing them to work hard towards their goals. I'm willing to work with clients of all ages with a focus on high intensity resistance training.

Hi, I'm Crystal Allen, a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C who specializes in weight lifting and HIIT training. I take great joy in helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Through individualized training and form focused programs, I work to ensure my clients don't fear the weight room.
I want my clients to have programs and knowledge so they can feel confident in the gym, and see fitness as a lifelong activity.

Hi, I'm Robin, a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. I have trained at The M.A.C. since 2015. I enjoy working with both individuals and groups to challenge them, and to help them feel comfortable in a gym setting. Everyone has unique goals and needs, and I develop plans that are mindful of both. My workouts are generally focused on metabolic conditioning, which combines strength training and cardio conditioning. I love the relationships I'm able to build as a personal trainer, and it is so rewarding to see a client accomplish something they didn't believe they could.

Hobbies/Interests: Biking, kayaking, and just hanging out in the sun! I am also an avid reader and a big fan of historical fiction.

Hello! I'm Kristy Raus and I am a 54 year old Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. My passion is connecting with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. In addition to Personal Training, I have 16 years' experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. I pride myself in teaching my clients to use proper form while learning how to train and pay close attention to help them avoid injuries and get the most out of their workouts.

Building relationships while building muscle is the perfect combination in my opinion! I always say..."You've got to keep moving to keep moving!" Come join me and let's start training together!
