With one-on-one Personal Training your trainer will create fun and varied sessions based on your individual needs. They will manage you and your program, monitor your techniques and progress and motivate you to give 100% in every workout
We offer 50 minute and 30 minute one-on-one personal training sessions, and 50 minute partner training sessions
SGT - Small Group Training
Team of 3 - 12 clients
SGT include elements of strength and interval training and are designed to build muscle and burn fat to get you FIT! Expect to work hard and continue to burn calories hours after your workout is complete! Working out with others is not only more motivating, it is scientifically proven to make you happier!!!
