Hi, I'm Molly, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer at The MAC. I have over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry with a Bachelors in Health and Human Physiology, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. I'm passionate when it comes to serving others and influencing positive healthy behaviors.

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer & ACE Sports Performance Specialist
Hobbies/Interests: Trail running, hiking, archery, kayaking, camping, indoor and outdoor gardening, Scouts with my son, spending time with my family and friends.
Training specialty: Small group & individual training, nutrition, exercise prescription, and sports/athletic performance.

Amy

My name is Amy Bonta and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer at The MAC. I made a career shift in 2018 because I had a strong desire to help senior individuals stay active and enjoy their retirement! I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle. I will be your personal guide through every step of the journey.

Certifications: Certified AFAA Personal Trainer since 2005, Certified ACE Health Coach since 2017, Certified at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition since 2020.
Hobbies/Interests: Bird watching, finding and watching eagle nests. Participating in figure competitions.
Training Specialty: Functional Training for Senior Adults and EVERY.BODY, postnatal health, figure competitors.

Donnie

Hello! I'm Donnie and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to empower individuals and show them that their current physical circumstances do not have to be their future. In 2021 I was 300 pounds. In the course of 6 months I had lost 80 pounds in order to join the USMC. Since then, I have lost a total of 100 pounds and it changed my life forever. My goal is to be a resource to those struggling to live their best physical life. I'm passionate on helping my clients reach their full potential and achieve whatever goals they set their sights on.

Hi, I'm Crystal Allen, a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C who specializes in weight lifting and HIIT training. I take great joy in helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Through individualized training and form focused programs, I work to ensure my clients don't fear the weight room.
I want my clients to have programs and knowledge so they can feel confident in the gym, and see fitness as a lifelong activity.

Robin

Hi, I'm Robin, a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. I have trained at The M.A.C. since 2015. I enjoy working with both individuals and groups to challenge them, and to help them feel comfortable in a gym setting. Everyone has unique goals and needs, and I develop plans that are mindful of both. My workouts are generally focused on metabolic conditioning, which combines strength training and cardio conditioning. I love the relationships I'm able to build as a personal trainer, and it is so rewarding to see a client accomplish something they didn't believe they could.

Hobbies/Interests: Biking, kayaking, and just hanging out in the sun! I am also an avid reader and a big fan of historical fiction.

Hello! I'm Kristy Raus and I am a 54 year old Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. My passion is connecting with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. In addition to Personal Training, I have 16 years' experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. I pride myself in teaching my clients to use proper form while learning how to train and pay close attention to help them avoid injuries and get the most out of their workouts.

Building relationships while building muscle is the perfect combination in my opinion! I always say..."You've got to keep moving to keep moving!" Come join me and let's start training together!

I take great joy in helping people to unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. I am a big believer in maintaining muscle for life so I am passionate in promoting strength training to all walks of life.

Hi my name is Cameron. I am a Certified Personal Trainer at The MAC. I fell in love with the gym environment and seeing the time and effort pay off during my workouts, this led me to want to know more about how the human body works and the effects of proper exercise routines. Through creative programming, I will provide clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical and mental health. I am passionate about motivating and inspiring people to push their boundaries, and believe that fitness should be a lifestyle rather than a chore.

Interests/Hobbies: I enjoy cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, Cubs and Green bay Packers.
When I'm not training, I work as an independent contractor in the cable business, spend time
