You may freeze your M.A.C. membership dues for a fee of $10/mo. or $5/bi-weekly. You may request to freeze your membership for up to 3 months. Please note that we require 7 day's notice to freeze your membership. Freezing your membership does not apply to your term agreement. To transfer your membership to a family, friend, or coworker please stop into The M.A.C. Xtreme so a membership consultant can help set that up.

Cancelling your M.A.C. membership would subject you to enrollment fees and any new membership rates if you decide to return at a later date. That's why we offer the option to freeze or transfer your membership instead of cancelling it (see above for more details).

Please remember that we require 30 day's notice for cancellation, which means that you are responsible for any payments that occur within 30 days of your request to cancel. If applicable, early cancellation fees must be paid before your final usage date. All fees and outstanding dues must be paid in order for the cancellation to take effect.
