I have over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry with a Bachelors in Health and Human Physiology, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. I bring a deep passion for helping individuals move better, get stronger, and live healthier lives.
I specialize in strength and mobility training for endurance athletes, hybrid training that blends lifting with conditioning for real-world performance, and functional fitness for all ages. With a passion for running ultra trail races for the last 6+ years, I have learned how to fine tune a healthy mix of endurance with strength training and proper fueling. Whether you're training for your first race, rebuilding strength, or just looking to feel your best, my focus is on building sustainable progress through expert coaching and individualized programming.

My name is Amy Bonta and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer at The MAC. I made a career shift in 2018 because I had a strong desire to help senior individuals stay active and enjoy their retirement! I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle. I will be your personal guide through every step of the journey.

Hi! I'm Hunter and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. I specialize in strength classes and weightlifting. My goal is to help individuals with their fitness goals and setting up short term and long-term goals and achieving them. I started to train in 2021 when I got out of the Marine Corps. While I was in, I helped my junior marines and others on their fitness journey and getting them in the best shape of their lives. My goal is to ensure that new clients come and feel comfortable in the weight area and achieving their individual goals they set for themselves. Come join my Tuesday 5:15 am class for strength training and learn a new fact of the day!

Inspired by my father who was a personal trainer, I followed in his footsteps and started taking my fitness serious. Now 7 years later, I have developed a drive for pushing people to their greater potential, no matter the age or stage in life. Specializing in strength and functional training, I love to push my clients and provide them with dynamic and fun workouts. Daily, I remind my clients that:

Hi, I'm Niko, an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, and I'm currently preparing for graduate study in Physical Therapy. As a former collegiate baseball and track athlete, I developed a deep understanding of both sprint mechanics and throwing biomechanics-experience that continues to shape how I coach, program, and help clients move at their best.
I specialize in strength and athletic development, mobility, and injury prevention, with a strong focus on bridging the gap between performance training and rehabilitation. Whether you're looking to build foundational strength, refine your movement patterns, or return to activity after injury, I'm here to help guide your journey with individualized programming.

Hey, I'm Brad, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer at The M.A.C. I enjoy helping clients meet and exceed their goals. I like seeing the satisfaction on their face after achieving something they didn't think they could accomplish. My workouts vary, weight management goals tend to be HIIT style weight training while athletic performance can be intense cardio and advanced plyometrics. Whatever the case, I enjoy creating the workouts that help my clients reach their goals and building relationships with each of them.
